Tallow-based, and cannabinoid-infused skincare designed to restore balance, calm inflammation, and support a healthy skin barrier—using only what your skin truly needs.

I’ve always been on the side of all- natural and minimalistic when it comes to life. In the years I spent as a Chef and Restauranteur, I always wanted food to speak for itself and felt every ingredient had its place. So, when you ate my food, every ingredient had it’s time to shine and was included intentionally. I’ve always been gifted in a kitchen. It just comes naturally to me. I’ve raised my children to know what’s in their food. We eat locally produced and farmed food, harvest as much as we can ourselves and don’t eat added food dyes, High Fructose Corn Syrup and try to limit any added chemicals used in growing our food. So yes, we hunt, fish, have chickens, a greenhouse with a large garden and try to support as many local farms as we can.

So, once I became an Esthetician and started learning about skincare it really bothered me to see how many chemicals are added to our skincare. The same companies that are making billions of dollars on our beauty and wellness products are the same companies that are making Cancer treatments. This unfortunately makes too much sense to me. So out of frustration I went back to my kitchen where I always find comfort and started playing with ingredients. I started making soaps, laundry detergents and as many “From Scratch” products as I could for my family.

So, if you know me… you know I’m a spiritualist and believe in so many “Woo Woo” things that some may not believe in. To each their own… So, while I was working as a private chef on a women’s wellness retreat, I met with a psychic. She says to me - Sam… You are beyond gifted in the kitchen; we all know this… why haven’t you started your own skincare line yet? It’s there, waiting for you. It kind of surprised me because no one knew besides my family that I was already making products. She told me I had the vision, the knowledge and the gift to make something beautiful that the world needs. That was 3 years ago.

So, for the past 3 years I have been diving into the waters of ingredients, skincare, and using my friends and family as guinea pigs. So yes, my products are tested on humans - not animals (in case you were wondering). I’ve been listening to my clients skin concerns, watching the medications that their doctor’s and dermatologists have been putting them on, and realizing everything I hate about skincare and how we treat our skin. I’ve also been working with a clinical cannabis company regarding the effectiveness of CBD & CBG on pain management and cancer cells and how our body actually has an endocannabinoid system that is there to help us benefit from the use of cannabis-based products. Now, while I have been learning a lot from them, I always recommend doing your own research and forming your own conclusions. The research is just getting going and now that things are being reclassified - more clinical data is on the way. For now, I need to be subtle in my conclusions and have 2 different formulations to my skincare to comply with regulations.

Here’s my theory: Our skin is our body’s largest organ. Just like our pores excrete things we consume (Think about someone that eats a lot of garlic or how their smell can change with medications) they also absorb everything we touch. Our laundry detergents, lotions, sunscreen, hair products, soaps, insect repellents, and facial skincare. We actually use a TON of products that touch our skin every day. Have you noticed the rise of cancer in the people that surround you? I personally have. Now think about the ingredients and chemicals in all of those products. I’m not making any claims here - just telling you my personal opinion and ways I’m trying to limit what I put on my skin and what my body absorbs. I’m also thinking about what I put on my children and the babies in my life. If it makes a fraction of a difference, I’m willing to try it, and to change my products. However, I don’t want to give up the effectiveness of those products, which is why I think we all tend to continue to use them. Trying to go all natural is hard and can come with a lot of compromise.

So, I decided to come up with a limited ingredient skincare line that is all natural and safe for everyone (minus those with allergies to the ingredients) that will meet our lifestyle and skincare needs. I use as many bio-identical ingredients that not only balance your skin, but mimic the way our cells help repair and target our concerns. Our body is meant to repair and heal itself, we just need to provide it with safe ingredients to help it along so it can heal faster without the added chemicals. I am also very picky and like I said - don’t want to give up the effectiveness of the stronger products. So this is where the trials come in. My laundry needs to smell clean, my cleansers need to foam properly, my moisturizers need to actually moisturize and not feel greasy etc. It’s been an interesting 3 years.. But I’ve finally come up with a group of products that I feel represent me, are effective and hit all the notes of our senses. Let’s be honest.. we see, feel and smell things before we buy them.

So, if you're interested in products that are safe to use, effective in their purpose and make you feel good about using them - check them out below. I have more formulations on the way and have 2 different lines. One with Cannabinoids and one without. The products listed on this site are cannabis free. Once regulations are lifted this will change. As for now you have to buy those products either through me directly (email me) or at your local dispensary. (If they don’t have it, tell them to call me!) I will continue to add products as time allows and the formulations are complete. I hope you love them as much as I love them and love making them! ~Namaste
